1. Acceptance
By using HirEdge, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
HirEdge is an AI-powered resume tailoring tool. You provide a resume and job description; we generate a tailored resume and cover letter using AI.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.
4. Plans and billing
- Free: 1 resume generation, limited features.
- Pro Monthly: $29/month, billed monthly.
- Pro Annual: $199/year, billed annually.
- Lifetime: $249 one-time payment.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's terms of service (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms).
Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to fabricate false credentials or fraudulent work history
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Share account access with others
- Use the service to generate content for spam or mass job applications that misrepresent your qualifications
7. AI-generated content
HirEdge uses AI to generate resume content based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular job application.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your resume content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We retain ownership of HirEdge's software, design, and AI prompts.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will help you get a job.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
